The idea of bringing Vietnam’s specialties to the world was first inspired by a chance taste of Cat Chu mango in Cao Lanh, Dong Thap. After five months of nurturing this vision with love for the homeland, Ymicha Agri-Food Company was officially founded.

Select organic purple sweet potatoes from Mekong Delta farms

The sliced sweet potatoes are conveyed into low-temperature vacuum drying chambers via conveyor belts
